Privacy policy

This policy is drawn up in accordance with Law no. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data, which transposes the European GDPR standards (EU Regulation 2016/679) into the Republic of Moldova.

Who the data controller is

What we process and why

• Order requests — name, phone, email (optional), locality, the items chosen and your message. Purpose: to contact you, confirm the order and arrange delivery.
• Contact form messages — name, phone, email, subject, message. Purpose: to reply to you.
• Newsletter — email address. Basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Analytics and advertising cookies — only if you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit.

We never ask for or store bank card details. Payment is on delivery or in the showroom.

How long we keep it

• Order requests: 2 years, for warranty and possible returns.
• Contact messages: 12 months.
• Newsletter addresses: until you withdraw consent.

Who we share it with

Data is never sold or passed on for marketing. We share it only with the courier, strictly to deliver your order, and with our hosting provider, which stores it on our behalf.

Your rights

Under Law no. 195/2024 you have the right of access, rectification, erasure (the right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You may exercise any of these rights by writing to vistlineclothes@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe we have breached your rights, you may contact the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (str. Serghei Lazo 48, Chișinău, datepersonale.md) or the courts.

Security

The site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to customer data is limited to shop administrators and protected by password.
