How do I order a coat from the site?

Choose the model, size and colour, then fill in the order form. We call you within a few hours to confirm availability, size and delivery. Payment is on delivery or in the shop — we never ask for payment online.

How much is delivery?

We deliver in Chișinău only. Delivery is free on orders over 2,000 MDL, otherwise it costs 60 MDL. If you are outside Chișinău, we look forward to seeing you in the showroom at Ștefan cel Mare 126.

Can I try before buying?

Yes, and we recommend it. The whole collection is in the shop at Ștefan cel Mare 126. To be sure a particular size is waiting for you, call ahead on 0 (68) 450 505.

How do I care for a wool coat?

Never machine wash it. Brush it lightly after each wear, keep it on a wide hanger, and dry clean it once or twice a season, no more. In summer store it in a cloth bag, not plastic — wool needs to breathe.
