About this site

vistline.md is the presentation site of the Vistline shop at Bulevardul Ștefan cel Mare și Sfînt 126, Chișinău. The site presents the collection and receives order requests; it is not an online shop with integrated payment.

Orders

The order form sends a request, not a contract of sale. An order is confirmed only once we have contacted you by phone and agreed the size, colour, final price and delivery method. We reserve the right to decline a request if the model is no longer available.

Prices

Prices are shown in Moldovan lei and include VAT. They may change without prior notice, but the price confirmed by phone stands for your order.

Returns and exchanges

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return or exchange an unworn item with its tag attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item is faulty.

Warranty

Products carry the statutory two-year conformity warranty for manufacturing defects. Normal wear and damage caused by not following the care instructions are not covered.

The photographs, texts and graphic elements on this site belong to Vistline and may not be reproduced without written permission.
